Honour and celebrate your journey as a parent or carer
What if you could transform the challenges of caring for a neurodivergent child into a source of
power and peace ?

In my free CLARITY & CONNECTION call, you’ll learn 3 simple proven ways to keep calm and manage stress.
Living with "fight or flight" constantly activated is physically and emotionally draining—what would it take to choose a different path?
Let's find out together.
You’ll leave this 45-minute session feeling lighter, more connected, and equipped with practical tools to thrive.
Are you feeling worn out by caregiving for a neurodivergent child? Tired of handling every challenge or crisis on your own?

My journey began with a dramatic turning point when my only child, as a teenager, became aggressively possessive of me. Bewildered and heartbroken, I embarked on a quest to understand Autism and my child’s unique needs.
This transformative journey inspired me to become a coach, offering guidance and hope to parents and carers often caught in the relentless cycle of crises, feeling isolated, misunderstood, and desperate.
In my 8 week one on one breakthrough program called River of Life: From Chaos to Calm, I draw on a powerful blend of somatic practices, empathy, and mindset coaching. I would love to guide you to connect with your authentic self, fostering a life of resilience, joy, and abundance.
I am committed to empowering you to overcome your challenges, break free from self-limiting beliefs and become your authentic and abundant self. Are you?

Connected Carers
It takes courage to say, ‘I don’t have to do this alone.’
It takes strength to let someone walk beside you.
Caring for a neurodivergent child can be deeply rewarding — and also exhausting, isolating, and emotionally draining.
Between navigating systems, managing behaviours, and holding everything together, it’s easy to lose sight of your own wellbeing.
I understand these challenges because I’ve lived them too. I know the toll it takes on your energy, your relationships, and your sense of self — and I also know that with the right tools and support, it’s possible to feel calmer, more confident, and connected again.
That’s why I created a program designed specifically for carers like you, the Connected Carers Course. It combines empathy-based communication, mindset support, and practical strategies to reduce stress and build resilience.
Through guided reflection, storytelling, and connection, you’ll learn ways to regulate your nervous system, advocate with confidence, and rediscover your strengths — so you can thrive, not just cope.
